Group Programs

Groups – online & in person

Shared creative exploration in a supportive small-group setting.

There’s something powerful about creating alongside others — not performing, not competing, but simply being in the same space and allowing the creative process to unfold together. Group art therapy offers connection, shared experience, and the kind of insight that comes from witnessing both your own work and someone else’s.

How groups work

Groups run in themed term-based series, typically 8-10 weeks. Each session is 120 minutes via Zoom, with a maximum of 8 participants to keep the space intimate and safe. Each week follows a gentle structure: opening check-in and grounding, a guided creative activity based on the week’s theme, sharing and group reflection (always optional), and closing integration.

In person groups are run on an evening in a local central coast studio in which participants share the physical space together, creating alongside each other in person. Groups are limited to 8 participants and follow the same structure- opening check in, grounding, creativity based on the weekly theme with sharing and group reflection before closing.
