One-on-one art therapy, online via Zoom or in person.
Art therapy isn’t about making beautiful art. It’s about using creative process as a way to access parts of yourself that words alone can’t always reach — the feelings underneath the feelings, the patterns you can’t quite name, the things your body knows but your mind hasn’t caught up to yet.
In individual sessions, we work together one-on-one in a safe, confidential space. Each session is tailored to you — your pace, your needs, your story. I’ll guide you through creative exercises using materials you have at home, and we’ll use what emerges as a starting point for reflection and insight.
What to expect
Sessions run for one hour via Zoom. You don’t need any art skills or experience — just a willingness to try something different. I’ll guide you through everything.
In a typical session, we might begin with a brief check-in and grounding exercise, move into a creative activity — drawing, collage, mark-making, or other expressive processes — reflect together on what emerged, and close with integration and any take-away practices.
In person sessions can run in your home (if located within the Central Coast or Newcastle areas) or a local central coast art space. In person sessions follow the same format being tailored to suit what you are needing from the space.
Who this is for
Individual art therapy can support you with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, life transitions, trauma recovery, identity exploration, self-esteem, relationship patterns, and general emotional wellbeing. It’s also for anyone who is simply curious about themselves and ready to explore.
Pricing
Individual sessions are available as single sessions or in packages. Pricing provided on enquiry.
Reduced-rate places are available for those experiencing genuine financial hardship — please reach out for details.
