Workshops & events
One-off creative experiences, open to everyone.
Not ready for ongoing therapy? Just curious? Workshops and events are a beautiful, low-commitment way to experience art therapy in action. They’re open to anyone — no experience, no prerequisites, no pressure. Just show up and see what happens.
What to expect
Workshops are typically 90 minutes to half a day, run online via Zoom. Each one is themed — past workshops have explored topics like self-compassion, seasonal reflection, creative journaling, and mindful mark-making. You’ll be guided through creative exercises, given space to reflect, and invited to share if you feel like doing so.
If you would like to organise an in person one off workshop for your event, retreat or activity, we are able to work with you to facilitate a program which works alongside your current event. Past in person workshops have included community days, exhibitions and art making in connection with local council’s mental health weeks, R U OK days at local high schools, women’s retreat reflective workshops and trauma informed workshops in community support groups.
